Various work under deposit scheme and other work under EDD-I - cartage of following pcc/st poles store centre or from, other place to the respective site of work through, kachha pacca road including the work of its loading, unloading at the respective ends also including the work, dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour,, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. (dist., to 50 kms.)., pcc pole 8.5 mtr, st pole 9/11 mtr, cartage of line material viz weasal conductor, gi, wire, cross arm, angle, channel, insulator, clamps &, line material from store centre or from any other place, respective site of work through the kachha pacca, including the work of its loading & unloading at, respective ends also including the work of dragging etc., also including the cost of labour, t&p carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. (dist. 0 to 50 kms.)., erection of double pole on pcc pole including the work, complete line as per respo norm manual and as, direction of engineer incharge including the cost of labour, t & p and carrier etc. required for proper completion, work., pcc pole 8.5 mtr, st pole 9/11 mtr, erection of double pole on pcc pole including the, complete line as per respo norm manual and, direction of engineer incharge including the cost of, & p and carrier etc. required for proper completion, work., pcc poles 8.5 mtr/st pole 11 mtr., installation & fixing of 11 kv tpmo, erection and grouting of stay set including the work, nozzling etc. as per respo manual and also including, cost of arrangement of all grouting material, labour,, etc. required for proper completion of work., providing and fixing of stay insulator., drilling and cutting of tee off channel, v cross arms., specification of uppcl construction manual including including loading and unloading at the both ends., fixing of earthing rod as per respo manual and, direction of supervising engineer including the, labour., safe carriage of xlpe cable of size 3x35/70/120/185, m.m. from store to respective site of work including, unloading at both ends., laying of 3x35/70/120/185 sq.mm. 11 kv under, cable after digging trench of 600 mm. wide, 1500 mm, providing the fine sand cushion beneath and above, cable. the cable shall be duly protected by ist class, two on either side and third on top of the cable, laid in, one after the other. the work includes supplying, sand and bricks, filling and ramming of the left out, closing the trench and levelling. spare cable shall be, buried in the trench in the shape of rings at both ends., material (except cable), labour, t&p carrier etc, required, proper completion of work will be arranged, contractor at his own cost., laying of 3x35/70/120/185 sq.mm xlpe cable overhead, existing new pole by of lifting spreading the, conducting all labour t&p etc., filling of 3x70/120 sq. m.m. 11 kv xlpe heat shrinkable cable jointing kits outdoor/indoor type including the, labour t&p carrier etc for proper completion of work., laying sagging stringing, binding and jumpering, following conductor on the newly erected pole, respo manual and as per direction of supervising engineer, including the cost of arrangement of labour, t&p carrier, required for proper completion of work., acsr weasel conductor, acsr dog conductor, wire, abc 3x95+1x70+1x16 buch conductor, lt abc 3x50+1x35+1x16 buch conductor, erection of section tee pole including fixing of all fittings as per respo norms., carriage and installation of site to store of following capacity transformer due to damage of pcc poles including the work of its loading & unloading, dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour and t&p etc. required for proper completion of work. , 10/16 kva t/f, 25 kva t/f, 63 kva t/f, 100 kva t/f, safe carriage of 11 kv piller proof metering cubicle from store centre, sarsol to site of work including loading and unloading at both ends. average distance approx. 0 km, 50 km., erection & grouting of 11 kv piller proof metering cubicle making connections with bus bar, tapping with empire tape with existing earthing. the above work includes the cost, labour, t&p, carrier & material etc. required for proper completion of work except cost of 11 kv vcbs., guarding of 11 kv line by laying two nos. gi wire parallel and fixing of lacings (tilli) at a distance at 2-3 mtr. as per respo manual and also including the cost of arragement, labour, t & p carrier etc. required for proper completion, chopping of tree branches which are touching to, kv/lt lines., making plinth of st pole of 300 mm dia and 300 mm above ground level in cc of 124 (cement, coarse sand, stone gitti) and plastering the same with 12 mm thick plaster, cement & sand in 14 ratio., grouting of pcc poles/st poles as per respo norms including cost of grouting material (cement sand brick ballast) size 1500x450x450 mm). this qty also includes the additional work of old & existing lt line which has to, converted into ht line. presently the supports of old line, not have grouting., wearing gi pipe 6 ” dia on the feeder cable before mounting the cable on the double pole lifting, mounting and clamping of 11 kv feeder cable with boxes on the feeder double pole structure and making connections including supply., safe carriage of 11 kv ct/pt pole mounting unit of any other place or from site of work to the work of its loading, unloading at the respective ends including the cost of labour, t&p and carrier etc. required for proper completion, work., installation of 11 kv ct-pt combined metering unit, double pole after fixing of channel with m.s. clamps, nuts bolts for holding the channel angle etc. the unit body shall be earthed by connecting m.s. strip of size 1/8x1 finally connected to earthing rod of size 20mm x2540 mm. 11 kv line shall be connected to unit as per instructions, sdo/ae(m). the m.s. strip & earth rod shall be included in the scope of work., painting and numbering of st pole., installation of extra “ t ” on the old erected poles wherever required alongwith all fitting as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of labour, t&p etc. required, proper completion of work. the “ t ” pole shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 148 including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual, requirement., re-sagging of loose ht/lt line conductor as per direction of supervising engineer. it includes the cost of labour t&p carrier etc. required for proper completion of work., acsr weasal conductor, retighting of stay complete with nozelling & binding including cost of labour t&p etc required for proper completion of work., straightening of tilted pole at various places as per direction of je., pcc poles 8.5 mtr./stp pole 9/11 mtr., dismentling and removal of existing conductor from, various area preparing their coils and then stacking in, respective je ’ s (store) as per direction of supervising engineer. it includes the work of cartage, cost of labour, t&p carrier etc. required for proper completion of work., acsr weasal conductor/gi wire., dismentling of old and damaged pole after dismentling, all accessories., pcc poles 8.5 mtr/stp 11 mtr., safe carriage of lt distribution box (three phase) from store centre sarsol to pit site including loading and unloading, both ends mounting and fixing on pole also by making connections as per respo norms., providing and laying of 4x16 sq.mm cable to release connection of consumer including the cost of labour t&p carriage etc. required for proper completion of work.
