Fabrication and Supply of 6.5m long 60 Kg (UIC) Glued Insulated Rail Joints G.3 (L) type with 10 mm thick end post to RDSO Drawing NO. 5843 (Alteration1) with specification IRS Manual of Glued Insulated Rail Joints (1998) corrigendum No. 5 of July 2012 issued by RDSO- 1996 Nos.
Fabrication and Supply of assembly for improved Switch Expansion joints to RDSO Drawing No. T-6902 80mm max gap for long welded Rail BG 60Kg U.I.C. on PSC Sleepers confirming to IRST-10-2000 with latest alterations / amendments if any - 300 Sets.
Manufacture and Supply of 1 in 12 CMS crossings for 60Kg Rail Section on PSC sleepers to RDSO Drawing No. T-4220 with latest alterations and amendments if any, complete with CI distance blocks, packing pieces, MS tapered washers, single coil spring washers, check blocks and bolts of different sizes excluding otehr items indicated in the drawing & confirming to IRS T-29-2000- IRS specification (serial No. T10-2000) corrigendum No. 1 of December 2016 - 168 Sets.
Manufacture and Supply of 1 in 8 ½ CMS crossings for 60Kg Rail section on PSC sleepers to RDSO Drawing No. T-4967 with latest alterations and amendments if any, complete with CI distance blocks, packing pieces, MS tapered washers, singel coil spring washers, check blocks and bolts of different sizes excluding other items indicated in the drawing & confirming to IRS T-29-2000- 171 sets.
Manufacturing & Supply of 11200mm curved switches with ZU-1-60 thick web Grade - 880 tongue rails and UIC 60kg/m Grade-880, stock rails with elastic fasteners and spring operated setting device complete with all fittings for 1 in 16, BG 60kgg turnout for fan shaped layout on PSC sleepers (i.e. all fittings for switch portion as per Drawing No. T-7075 and 7076 (read along with latest alterations as on date of tender opening) in accordance with RDSO's standard drawing excluding standard fish plates, fish bolts, and nuts ER clips, insulating liners - 10 Sets.
Manufacturing & Supply of 6400mm curved switches with ZU-1-60 thick web Grade 880 tongue rails and UIC 60kg/m Grade-880, stock rails with elastic fasteners and spring operated setting device complete with all fittings for 1 in 8.5 BG 60 kg turnout for fan shaped layout on PSC sleepers (i.e. all fittings for swithc portion as per Drawing No. T-6280 (read along with latest alterations as on date of tender opening) in accordance with RDSO's standard drawing excluding standard fish plates, fish bolts and nuts, ER clips, insulating liners - 20 Sets.
Fabrication and Supply of 6400mm OR Derailing Switches 60kg to RDSO Drawing No. T-6068 with latest alterations if any complete with all parts as listed in the drawing including check rails and excluding Fish Plates, Fish Bolts and Nuts, Plate Screws, GRSPs, Liners and ERCs confirming to IRS T-10-2000 with latest alterations and amendments (Serial No. T 10-2000) corrigendum No. 1 of December 2016- 25 Sets.
Fabrication and Supply of Curved Switched 60kg 1 in 8 ½ to RDSO Drawing No T-4966 with latest alterations if any complete with all parts as listed in the drawing including check Rails and excluding Fish Plates, Fish Bolts, and Nuts, Plate Screws, GRSPs, Liners and ERCs confirming IRS T-10-2000 with latest alterations and amendments if any. IRS Specification (serial No. T 10-2000) corrigendum No. 1 of December 2016 - 88 Sets.
