Requirement : Construction of a community house of seniors (codus) in a new saddle. the new building will have a capacity of 20 apartments. ground floor 10 apartments will be 40.64m2 floor space and will have their own terraces with an area of 8.64m2. 10 apartments on the second floor will have a floor area of 40.64m2 and will be without balconies. individual apartments are designed as 2 + kk. flats are primarily intended for the target group over the age of sixty with an income of 1 (1.5) times the average net monthly wage. the building is designed as barrier-free. In addition to the apartments, there is a shared area of 80.74m2 in the building. the building will be connected to hot water, telecommunication lines, water and sewerage, to electricity. part of the building (not subject to this procedure) will be a new fencing with a noise barrier, sidewalks and a parking lot with a total number of 17 seats.
