performance of the public contract is the complex organization and provision of advisory services for applicants and job seekers. The consultancy will be implemented on the basis of framework agreements concluded with only one supplier for each part of the VZ specified in Chapter 2 of the tender dossier - Basic information about the subject of the contract and general technical conditions and Annex 7 of the tender documentation - Specifications and technical conditions of the individual consultancy activities. The CAs will be awarded on the basis of the framework agreements without renewing the competition in accordance with the provisions of Section 134 of the APA, while the conditions of performance of the CA are contained in the framework agreement. VZ is divided into 8 parts in accordance with Section 35 of the APIA. Suppliers may submit bids for one, several or all parts of an EA within the meaning of Section 101 (2) of the EAA (for the avoidance of doubt, the supplier may submit a bid in only one part or may submit several bids to different lots or may also bid in all parts of the VZ ).
