Construction work consisting of insulating the pavilions north, south and connecting the pavilions, replacing the unchanged fillings of holes, joining the tract and building new openings for windows, installing photovoltaic panels on the roofs of pavilions north and south, preparation of hot water, repair of the underground waterproofing, rehabilitation of supporting walls in the surroundings of the building, new grilles on windows and plumbing elements, reconstruction of drainage around the building and minor construction works related to the above.
