Improvement to Distribution System of Ichha MIP (D/W) in Lephripara Block of Sundargarh District under Critical Grant - ,2.0 ,Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kind of soil including moorum. stoney earth, gravel etc. interspread with boulders up to 1/2 cum in size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by EIC with all lead from the place of excavation etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Excavation of foundation) ,Filling in foundation and plinth with sand watering and ramming etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. ,Cement concrete in M-15 grade using 20mm down graded size crusher broken granite metal of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skins and foreign materials including mixing the materials by use of concrete mixtures and laying concrete in layers not exiding 0.15 m. in depth to required level require level, curing, vibrating with vibrators, finishing etc with all leads lifts and delifts complete in all respect to proper profile and leveling including dewatering if necessary and cost, conveyance and royality and other taxes etc of materials including hire and running charges of the machineries complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. ,Reinforcement Cement concrete in M-20 grade using 20mm down graded size crusher broken granite metal of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skins and foreign materials including mixing the materials by use of concrete mixtures and laying concrete in layers not exiding 0.15 m. in depth to required level, curing, vibrating with vibrators, finishing etc with all leads lifts and delifts complete in all respect to proper profile and leveling including dewatering if necessary and cost, conveyance and royality and other taxes etc of materials including hire and running charges of the machineries complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. ,Straightening, cutting, bending, binding , fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement and laying in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and fixing of reinforcement including lapping where necessary with all leads, lifts from bending yard to placement spot including cost, conveyance & all taxes of reinforcement as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ,Rigid smooth centering, shuttering for concrete works (with or without nominal renforcement) including false works and dismentling then after casting for reuse and making good to the damaged surface where necessary with cost conveyance of materials, taxes and labour T & P etc. complite in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in charge. ,Filling foundation and plinth with excavated materials and watered and rammed etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. at Sundargarh,Orissa (Odisha),India
