Manufacturing & supply of 10125mm curved switches with ZU-1-60 / 60E1A1 thick web G rade 880/R-260 class A tongue rails and R-260 Grade, class A/B stock rails with elastic fasteners and sp ring operated setting device (RDSO-T/6216 read along with latest alterations if any issued as on date of closing of tender)over insulated TIE Plate RDSO/T-9632 to RDSO/T-9632/1, complete with all fittings for 1 in 12, BG 60kg turnout for fan shaped layout on PSC sleepers (i.e. all fittings for switch portion as per sub assembly No. T-8780 with latest alterations issued by RDSO up to the date of closing of tender in a ccordance with RDSOs standard drawing No.T-8780(read along with latest alterations) excluding Check Rails, standard fish plates, fish bolts and nuts, ER clips, insulating liners including Pre-curving of tongue & stock rails in accordance with RDSOs guidelines of pre-curving issued vide letter No. CT/PTX/TWS De sign dated 27.07.2018 whenever required. [Note :-Asymmetrical ZU-1-60 / 60E1A1 rails for tongue rail will be arranged by vendors at his own cost as per conditions stipulated in the Special Conditions of Co ntract. There will not be any free rail supply to the manufacturer/tenderer from Railway side. It will be t he responsibility of manufacturer to purchase inspected and certified rails by IRs inspecting agency for procuring of Stock rail directly from the manufacturer against PO on commercial terms.
