Supply of Material and works against Additional BP-2023-24(Holding Clamp for Top Chanel (STP/PCC), Earth wire clamp with bolts & nuts, Suspension Clamp for ABC Cable, GI Barbed wire, Aluminium Paint, Bolts, Nut & Washer All size, Aluminium Crimping Lug 400 sqmm, Chemical Earthing Complete, Chemical Pipe Earthing 9 LS for Power T/f, Tailness Unit 500 Amp, Tailness Unit 300 Amp, Copper Strip 50x6sqmm, U-Bolt with Nuts, 4 Core LT MCB With Box , Clamp With Nut Bolt, 11 KV Stay Insolator, Erection of complete structure for 33 Kv Isolator in switch yard as per RESPO drawing. Work also includes construction of gantry plinth of size 1.0x0.45x0.45 cum with cement, coarse sand and ballast in ratio 136 and plastaring of plinth with cement & sand in ratio 14 including digging of pits & backfilling. All related plinthing material will be arrange by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical safety rules, Erection of complete structure for 33 KV post Insulators in Switch yard. Work includes Installation of 3 Nos. 33 KV Post Insulator on each structure complete as per schedule, grouting of Structure with Ist class brick ballast in the ratio of 136, plastering in the ratio of 13 on plinth size 0.90x0.45x0.45 Cum. The work is to be done strictly as per RESPO drawing. All related plinthing material will be arrange by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical safety rules, Safe shifting and removing of 33/11 KV Power T/F from the plinth. This work includes dragging, loading, unloading, shifting, lifting, complete removing from the plinth and carriage from site to store.All special and ordinary T&P is to be arranged by the contractor. Special care is to be taken to avoid tilting of T/F and loss of transformer oil. Any damage in T/F will be chargeable to contractor, Providing and fixing of welded wire mesh fencing, around transformer plinth having one locking arrangements, Fencing should be provided by grouting MS angle 40x40x5 mm. length of 1.5 m. on all the sides as per standard practice and design. The painting of fencing should be done by good quality green paint with two coats after rubbing and cleaning and providing one coat red oxide primer. The fencing should be 2 M. above ground level. The rates should be inclusive of all materials required for completion of above work, Erection & commissioning of T/F 400/250/100 on D.P. along with HT/LT connections with copper L-piece. Complete in all respect, as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule, Erection, grouting, plinthing, earthing & painting of 11 mtr long sub station type D/P for mounting of T/Fs with all accessories like 11 kv fuse set, TPMO, top channel, grouting in ratio 148, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 148 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 124 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule, Laying/hanging of following LT cable of different sizes for main/distribution/connecting the main cable from T/F to tailless unit and for distribution, from tailless unit to LT section Pole, crimping the both ends of cable if required and tapping be made inside distribution box making channel of first class brick and filling with soil, Errection & Commissioning of distribution boxes/kiosk on the LT poles including all clamps & materials required, connections & sealing its connection in between Distribution Box & ABC 1x35 sq. mm LT PVC cable (all required Local materials including Distribution box arranged by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule), Cartage of 10 MVA Transformer with comlete part of T/F & T/F oil from Store to dump store/work Site Including loading and unloading, Other petty materials as conductor, cross arms, channels, angles, D.O. fuse set, TPMO, LT cubical box, clamps etc, Cartage of LT ABC from Store to dump store/work Site Including loading and unloading, Cartage of 3X185, 3x120, 3x70 SQ MM xlpe 11 KV XPLE CABLE from Store to dump store/work Site Including loading and unloading. on Semi Turn Key Basis in EUDD-Mayohall, Bamrauli and Tagore Town Under EUDC-II, .
