Eligibility to participate in the Bid Enlisted 1 st class P. W.D. Contractors/Municipal Enlisted contractor/ bonafide outsiders/joint sector organizations having sound financial status and having experience in the similar nature of construction work of value not less than 30% of the estimated cost for each work under single contract executed within last 5 years & also should possess valid PAN no. VAT/Sales Tax & Professional tax clearance Ce rtificate. Building and other construction workers welfare cess @ 1% will be deducted from each bill.
