Earthwork in excavation including trenching in layers, dressing to profiles, lead upto 50m & lift upto 1.5m.
Transportation of earth, debris, construction materials by
mechanical means including loading, unloading and leveling at specified locations up to a distance of 2 KM.
Refilling excavated earth in trenches in layers not exceeding 200mm
in depth including consolidation of each layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 2 m.
Cutting of blacktopped surface upto 305 mm deep, taking out
materials and soil where necessary and removing rubbish.
Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and earthwork not exceeding 75mm cut and fill.
Dewatering from pits for exposing pipelines, making valve chambers and other repair/modification works ~
First class brick work in cement mortar 16 (1 cement 6 sand) for construction of valve chambers etc.All materials to be supplied by the contractor.
Providing and laying cement concrete 124 (1cement 2 sand 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) All materials to be supplied by the contractor.
Laying and fixing of M.S pipes including welding, cutting, painting,
Providing lead caulked joints to C.I pipes & specials ~
Providing lead caulked joints to C.I pipes & specials (either new or existing) ~
Providing and fixing C.I detachable joints on A.C pipe 3" dia ~
Providing and fixing M.S flanges as per IS including drilling holes of standard sizes, providing 3mm thick rubber insertion sheet, MS bolts and nuts, washers of assorted size 12" dia.
Transportation of pipes and pipe fittings from plant stores to site
of work/department stores including loading, unloading, stacking etc.
Supply of payloader on hourly basis ~.
Punching of the road suitable for laying of 3 inch or 4 inch
diameter pipe.
Cutting of pipeline as required in site for insertion of Tee,
replacement of damaged pipeline and chokage cleaning etc ~
