Requirement :

Repairs and maintenance of diesel shed, malaria colony, traffic colony, health unit, atp school, loco running room, loco shed, loco yard, rpf barrack, ambagan colony, officers colony, loco colony, re colony ~ etc at burdwan & from burdwan (excluding) to balgona including stations, colonies, service buildings, roads, bridges, level crossing gates under aen/ burdwan] which includes (i) new works addition & alterations to existing structures, special repair works & supply of building materials subject to the contract value of each such work not exceeding rs.5.00 lakhs (rupees five lakhs) (ii) all ordinary repairs and maintenance works and (iii) conveyance of materials e.g. bricks, lime, sand etc. which are likely to be required in a zone during the year.
