Surveys (pre-engineering, pre-construction/ pre-installation and post-installation) design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, load out, tie down / sea fastening tow-out/sail-out, transportation, installation, hook-up, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning(wherever applicable) of entire facilities as described in the bidding documents for ratna process platform (rpp) project for the facilities a) new 4 legged process platform (rpp) bridge connected to existing r-12a platform. the scope of work also includes design, engineering, supply, installation and testing etc. of pre-installed rigid water injection riser with suitable sub-sea flange joints for tie-in with the pipeline portion, major processing equipment / facilities are as 1 no. 2-phase hp separator. 2. mol pump (2 nos), gtg (2 nos), one no. 25 mt crane, booster gas compressor (2 nos), hp & lp flare system with flare kods, injection water booster pump (2 nos), 10 person living quarters. b) bridge connecting rpp to r-12a approximately 25 m in length. c) one no. water injection pipeline 8 x 28 km approximately, from hsd to rpp platform. d) topside modifications at exiting hsd & r-12a platforms.
