Main contract comprises renovation works in buildings built in 1944 and consists of 28 terraced houses in yellow bricks and 82 chain houses in red bricks, Red terraced houses, Roof replacement, skylights and twigs, Repositioning of all facades, Establishment of new living room floor with insulation against terrain on the ground floor with the exception of decks above basement, Establishment of new, needs-controlled bathroom fans, Replacement of 1- to 2-string heating system incl. replacement of all existing radiators, Establishment of new radiators under roof windows and in twigs on the first floor and in kitchen.
