Supply, install, commissioning and testing of electrically driven centrifugal pump set, 10 HP, 415V, 50HZ 1440 RPM, 8.5 LPS, 50 Mtr head with connected accessories including suitable MS channels as per manufacturer's specification all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make - Kirloskar Model No. KDT- 1050+ or equivalent model of KSB, Crompton , Mather & Platt. , Supply, install, commissioning and testing of electrically driven centrifugal pump set, 7.5 HP, 415V, 50HZ, 1440 RPM, 4.6 LPS, 58 Mtr head with connected accessories including suitable MS channels as per manufacturer's specification all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make - Kirloskar Model No. KDT-864+ or equivalent model of KSB, Crompton, Mather & Platt., "(c) Supplying and installing commissioning of cubical LT Panel made out of angle iron 50mmx50mmx6mm on all side welded to 2.0 mm thick CRCA steel sheet with openable shutters on both sides (Front and rear) having locking arrangement totally enclosed weather proof, Indoor type, Powder coated suitable for 440 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, aluminium bus bar including connecting all out going MCCB/MCB with suitable size of aluminum bus bar of capacity 100 Amp AC supply electrically connected as per norms with stranded copper cable and fixing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge, and fitted with following (Make DV Electromatic Pvt Ltd) - , (i) 4 Pole MCCB upto 63 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 25 KA -01 No (01 No for Incoming) Make Scheneider/C&S/Siemens, (ii) 3 Pole MCCB 25 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 16 KA -02 Nos (Outgoing) Make Scheneider/C&S/Siemens . (iii) Factory made fully automatic star delta starter including suitable size of contactor, timer & relays, SPP, Ameter, volt meter CTs, Push Buttons, LED idicator lamps etc. for 02 Nos of motor of 10 HP capacity. Make Scheneider/C&S/Siemens/L&T Notes - (i) The panel shall be front operated with cable entry from the bottom with cable glands. The fault with standing capacity shall be 25 KA. Make Finolex / KEI / Polycab / Havells / Kalinga , (f) Construction of foundation for pumping set of size 1.5 m x 1.5 m x 0.5 m PCC 124 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including 06 nos foundation bolt of suitable size along with nuts washers etc. grouted in PCC complete all as specified & directed by Engr- In- Charge., (g) S & F cross arms, bracings, flanges, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, "(h) Supply and laying Mild Steel Pipes heavy grade including all fittings Cutting and made to shape including welding & jointing with MS flanges, gaskets, nuts & bolts etc. for making of water header (As per Drawing attached at Appx 'B' & 'C' ) of following size, all as specified & directed., (j) Supply & fixing gun metal globe or gate valves or Butterfly valves, ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for the following bore complete all as specified and directed of following sizes - Make Kirloskar / NVR / Leader / L&T / Zoloto, (k) Pressure Gauges 0-200 PSI (01 Nos for each Pump) Make H-Guru / KI / Fiebig, (l) Supply and fixing foot valve for size 80mm dia pipe ISI marked with flanged ends drilled with iron wheels head shuts and open direction cast on it including suitable size of rubber insulation packing rings , jointing material nuts ,bolts & washers etc. complete all as specified & diredted. Make Kirloskar/NVR/BIR, (m) Supply and fixing 80mm bore dia cast iron NON return valve flanged class PN-1.6 conforming to IS 5312 Part-I with suitable size of rubber gasket, nuts & bolts washers complete all as specified & directed of following sizes - Make Kirloskar/NVR/BIR, (i) 80mm , (ii) 50mm , "(n) M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mm thickness not less than 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in electric plate No 3 connected to earth test point/MCB DBs all as specified and indicated complete with funnel, charcoal, dust, salt etc and GI protection pipe, medium grade 15mm bore and GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade, 40mm thick precast RCC M-15 (nomial mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm with suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover, PCC M-15 (Nominal mix) pit, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and connected, complete all as specified & directed. .
