Service contract for cleaning, sweeping, moping of shop floors, roads, drainage and toilets, removing cobwebs&garbage, shifting garbage. loading and unloading of materials in 310 days @48 unskilled labour (14,880 man days) and two supervisors semiskilled (620 man days) and one tractor driver (310 mandays) as per scope of work (8man hours a day) total=1, 26,480 man hours with the materials, garden tool set consisting of weed remover & trimmer, spade, vangarival, sickle (arival), rake, crow bar (4 feet ), vervetti (pick axe), plant trimmer(big scissors), karukkaruva, veechchu (thalvaar), cob web remover, axe (big size), kalaivetti(small garden spade, scoop, racks for garbage removal, plastic bucket (10 litres) & mug, floor wiper – big size, weed saw, gum boot (in good condition), mallaram, safety belt & harness, uniform for all labourers, supervisors & tractor dri, handling & safety equipments and transport, floor cleaning mop, sweeping broom (coconut leaves stem), toilet cleaning brush (plastic with handle), handy floor cleaning brush (plastic), soft broom stick broom stick, face mask (use and throw), pvc gloves 10 persons per day, leather gloves 10 persons per day, garbage basket for inside factory.
