Department consists of 524 housing units of varying types, 7 commercial leases and a single institution, Demolition of existing wall s, laying of wet room membrane in new floor structure, new tiling on walls and floors, establishment of underfloor heating, replacement of water and drainage installations in bath and kitchen, replacement of door to bath and replacement of all sanitary and fixtures.
