External cyclical maintenance 2020.
Any survey and design, Consultation with customers including design, Scheduling and programming, Installation, construction, repairs, maintenance, renewals, reinstatement or replacement works or works of improvement, structural components, roof coverings, fascia’s, bargeboards and soffits, rainwater goods, windows, external and communal doors, fire safety works, internal doors and frames, retrofit and energy efficiency works, play areas, external paving, fencing and other environmental components, and other work identified by the employer.
