Fabrication,supply transportation erection testing and commissioning of balwaghat barrage fixed wheel type vertical lift spillway gate under sluice gate and head regulator gate left and right with components 1st stage embedded parts anchor rod and m.s. plate and 2nd stage embedded parts consisting of sill beam detachable at top, wheeltrack, seal seats,guiderails with all accessories gate leaf cousisting of skin plate vertical and horizontal girder bottom horizontal girder, stiffners, wheel, pin, bearing, bearing retainers lifting brackets guide shoe, rubber seal with all accessories and adequate capacity of electrically operated rope drum hoisting arrangement system for lifting of barrage gates and h/r gates. structural steel hoist bridge platform consisting of beams cross beams stiffners, chequered plate, post and hand railling trestle consisting of column box type bracing ties with ladder and railling etc. with all other accessories for supporting of adequate capacity hoist plateform for operating of barrage gates including the cost of all materials, machinery, labour cutting aligning anchoring, welding finishing cleaning applying two coats of zinc chromate red oxide primer and three/ coats of approved synthetic enamel/alluminium paints etc including required civil work with labour cess all complete job as per approved drawing specification and direction of e/i on trunkey basis for balwa ghat barrage site block madhwapur.
