Supplying materials - fine sand, medium sand, coarse sand, 1st class picked jhama bricks, 1st class bricks, pakur stone chips 40mm, pakur stone chips 20mm, pakur stone chips 10mm, cement opc, tor steel, black annealed wire, hire charge of shuttering material, nail, polythene sheet, local hard wood, gammer wood, pvc door frame, pvc door shutter, ms clamp(door & window), iron but hinge, iron haps bolt, iron catch hook, iron shocket bolt, iron door ring, anodised aluminium decorative handle, ms ornamental grill, rcc ventilator upto 0.1 sq. m., precast pierced concrete jally work as per design and manufacturer's specification including moulding etc. with stone chips and necessary reinforcement shuttering complete including fitting, fixing in position in all floors., fan hook, supplying, fitting & fixing 1st quality ceramic tiles in walls and floors to match with the existing work & 4 nos. of key stones (10mm) fixed with araldite at the back of each tile & finishing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring oxide if required to match the colour of tiles including roughening of concrete surface, if necessary or by synthetic adhesive & grout materials etc. (for floor), supplying, fitting & fixing 1st quality ceramic tiles in walls and floors to match with the existing work & 4 nos. of key stones (10mm) fixed with araldite at the back of each tile & finishing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring oxide if required to match the colour of tiles including roughening of concrete surface, if necessary or by synthetic adhesive & grout materials etc. (for wall), supplying, fitting, and fixing upvc pipes a - type and fittings conforming to is13592-1992 with necessary clamps nails including making holes in walls etc. if necessary and mending good damages including jointing with jointing materials ( spun yarn, valamoid / bitumen / m.seal etc.) complete. for rain water drain from roof. a) upvc pipes i) 110 mm dia , a) upvc fittings a) shoe, 110 mm dia, a) upvc fittings b) bend 87.5 degree, 110 mm dia, sheel lime, stone lime, gum, colouring pigment, primer, paint (enamel), supplying fitting and fixing orissa pattern water closet in white glazed vitreous chinaware of approved make complete (excluding p or s trap) excluding cost of concrete for fixing.. ii) 530 mm x 410 mm, supplying, fitting & fixing cast iron soil pipe only conforming to i.s. 3989 / 1970 and i.s. 1729/1964 with bobbins, nails etc. including making holes in the wall, floor etc. and cutting trenches etc. in any floor through masonry concrete, if necessary, and mending good damages with necessary jointing materials and painting two coats to the exposed surface with approved paint complete. (measurement will be made along the center line of the total pipe line in fitted condition including specials,payment for specials & painting will be paid seperately). (ii) 100 mm dia. (internal) , supplying,fitting and fixing cast iron 'p' or 's' trap conformimg to i.s. 3989 / 1970 and 1729 / 1964 including lead caulked joints and painting two coats to the exposed surface. (painting to be paid seperately). (a) 'p' trap (i) 100 mm, supply of upvc pipes (b type) & fitting conforming to is 13592-1992 a)single socket 110 mm dia , hire charge of mixture machine, hire charge of vibrotor, supplying of upvc pipe blue threaded sch.40 astmd-1785 &supply at office including all charges. a) 100 mm dia, supplying of upvc pipe blue threaded sch.40 astmd-1785 &supply at office including all charges. b) 40 mm dia, supply of pvc strainer 40 mm dia including all charges at office , supply of mark- ii tube- well, supply of 15 mm dia 3.00 mtrs. long ms connecting rod (dinco, special) including socket at office., 32 mm dia gi socket, supply of mark- ii cylinder at office (dinco), supply of (100x40) mm dia pvc reducing socket at office., supply of 40mm dia ci plug cutter at office., supply of 32 mm dia upvc (sch – 80 ) hanging pipe., supply of solvent cement at office., labour for boring tube-well of required dia by water jet system through any type of soil strata including hire and labour charges for boring pipes scaffolding etc. tools and plants as necessary and taking out them and lowering pipes strainers blind pipe etc. and fitting fixing the same complete including bucket washing and other incidental works in this connection. the tube-well should have a minimum 50 mm gap in between the outside of the tube-well and the bore for depth upto 150mtrs. per 40 mm dia tube-well with top enlargement of 100mm dia. a) 100 mm dia, labour for boring tube-well of required dia by water jet system through any type of soil strata including hire and labour charges for boring pipes scaffolding etc. tools and plants as necessary and taking out them and lowering pipes strainers blind pipe etc. and fitting fixing the same complete including bucket washing and other incidental works in this connection. the tube-well should have a minimum 50 mm gap in between the outside of the tube-well and the bore for depth upto 150mtrs. per 40 mm dia tube-well with top enlargement of 100mm dia. b) 40 mm dia , fitting & filling of pump cylinder etc. as per direction of eic. , carrying of tube-well materials from to work site including all charges , supply of precast platform (5 fts.) dia with reinforced cement concrete (124) 75 mm thick with graded chips and supply at site including all charges with surface drain (5fts. long) , supply, fitting and fixing rcc sign board of size 3'0" x 4'0" & 3" thick at work site including painting as per prescribe proforma for construction of icds building in ground floor at barchara icds no 71 mouza barchahara jl no312 plot no980 under sabang panchayat samity in the district of paschim medinipur.
