laying wbm course to required camber and grade, spreading of material, consolidation with 8-10 tonne road-roller including spreading and consolidation of screening or binding material including cost of water with all leads, cost of fuel and lubricants and hire charges of machinery and t&p, complete work compacted thickness not exceeding 100mm using graded stone ballast size (grading i, ii and iii of tabe 400-7 of morth specification clause 404) in layers.
