providing, installation testing & commissioning of 'silent type' diesel generating set along with having prime power rating 125 kva, 415 volts at 1500rpm, 0.8 lagging factor at 415 v suitable for 50 hz, 3 phase system and for 0.85 load factor and consisting of the following-, diesel engine, diesel engine 4 stroke radiator cooled, electric start, of suitable bhp at 1500 rpm suitable for above output of alternator at 400c, 50% rh & at 1000 metre msl and confirming to bs 5514, bs 649, is 10000, capable of taking 10% overloading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. the engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. , engine mounted instrument panel fitted with and having digital display for following, start- stop switch with key., water temperature indication, lubrication oil pressure indication, battery charging indication, rpm indication, over speed trip indication, low lubrication oil trip indication, engine hours indication, alternator, synchronous alternator rated at 125 kva, 415 volts at 1500 rpm, 3 phase 50 hz, ac supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 400c, 50% rh & at 1000 metre msl. the alternator shall be having spdb enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through avr confirming to is4722/ bs 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class- f insulation. , base frame & foundation, both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of ms channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer., fuel tank, daily service fuel tank of 990 litres capacity, fabricated out of 3mm thick m.s. sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with ms class 'c pipes of suitable dia. complete with valves level indication & accessories as required as per specifications , exhaust system , dry exhaust mainfold with hospital grade exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor., starting system, 24v dc starting system comprising of starter motors voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with 2 nos. of batteries (25 plates, 160 ah lead acid type) as required as per specifications., accoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake shrink sleeving and mounted on non hygroscopic supports such as cmc/bmc support with deteachable side covers and shall be suitable for extension on the sides. the mccb's shall be complete with suitable cable end boxes, compression glands and indicating lamp on incoming etc. , the job includes the grounting of the board as per directions of engineer-in charge. all out goings of 100 amp and above shall have an ammeter. the panel board shall be fabricated with crca sheet with a minimum thickness of 1.6mm/2mm. cubicle type switch board shall be of cat a & b only. , "incoming , 400 amp. etc, 35 sq. mm 3-1/2 core , 25 sq. mm 3-1/2 core , 240 sq. mm 3-1/2 core , supply and fixing of brass nickle plated compression gland for pvc insulated & armoured served sheathed, underground cable including rubber ring etc. complete in all respect. the armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth as per direction of engineer-incharge, 35 sq. mm 3-1/2 core , 25 sq. mm 3-1/2
