| | Corrigendum Details : | Limitation of Liability: Payment of the Termination Payment shall be sole and exclusive liability of Owner, and the sole and exclusive remedy of Contractor, with respect to termination of the Contract pursuant to above clauses. In no event shall Owner have any further liability to Contractor in any such event for Consequential Damages.
