Supply of items - supply of pvc prelam sheet wall paneling of thickness 5mm consisting of panels having size 1.22 m x 2.44 m stuck on inner frame work of 50 mm wide strips of 5mm thick prelam pvc sheet of 600 kg/cbm density manufactured by an iso-9000 certified company. the strips should have in their centre a groove of 6mm width and 1mm depth of sinking the head of the screw used to fix the strip to the wall vertically at an equal interval of 10” between two pvc strip. the pvc strip shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long m.s screws through the groove in the strip by using pvc fastners. the distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. a groove of 2mm may be left at the joints of two panel for aesthetic looks. the exact size of the panel and correspondingly of grid may vary depending on the size of wall. optionally a strip of 5mm thick pvc sheet of width 75mm feathered at edges shall be struck at the places where two panels are jointed, using solvent complete all as specified and as directed., steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using erw or induction butt welded tubes conforming to i. s.1161- 1979 grade st.-240. (size 40x25x2.60 mm for purlin), supply of suspended ceiling of plaster of paris 12.5 mm thick which include gi perimeter channel of size 20 x 27 x30x0.5 mm thick along perimeter of ceiling screwed/fixed to brick wall or existing supports at 610 mm centre to centre suspending gi intermediate channel of size 15x 0.15x0.9mm thick from the slit at 610 mm centre with ceiling angle (gi) of size 25 x 10x0.55mm thick fixed to the sollit with gi cleat 0.5 mm thick having knurted web of 51.5mm and two flanges of size 26mm each with lips of 10.50 mm fixed to the intermediated channel with the help of connecting clip and in the direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 300 mm centres, pop ceiling boards of size 1220mm width x 12.5 mm thick screwed to ceiling section with 25 mm long wass screw @ 230mm centres, screw fixed mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment. ceiling shall be sealed at joints and finished with jointing compound etc complete including finishing the exposed surfaces of false ceiling with two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed., supply of true horizonal level 595x595x8mm false ceiling non asbestos decorative tiles 4mm thick manufactured by v- board or equivalent including gi snap grid of size (600x600)mm, using hot dipped galvanised steel section, exposed surface with pre-coated capping, main tee of size 24 x 38mm having 0.27mm gauge at every 1200mm, centre to centre maximum and rotary stitched cross tee of size 24x 32mm, having 0.25mm gauge at 1200mm c/c. wall angle of size 19x 19mm, having 0.35mm gauge fixed to the periphery of the wall. the above grid is suspended at every 1200 mm c/c in both directions using 2.0 mm thick pre-straightened gi wire. the board to be finished with two coat of obd over coat of primer to all side all as specified and directed. make of grid samceil or equivalent., sds 12x68mm for roof, ss screw 12x25mm for joinery, star / sds screw for puf wall 12x100 mm, good quality plywood 6 mm thick for ceiling (size 8'x4') with isi marked, aluminium glazing 2500x2600 mm with window, aluminium glazing 2500x2600 mm with out window, supply of 901 nos gi metal skin wall puff panels double layer compressed of size 3000x1000x50 mm coloured white with pu foam & 0.50 mm steel thickness as per particular specifications , supply of 31 nos gi metal skin puff ceiling double layer compressed of size 2500x1000x30 mm coloured white with pu foam & 0.50 mm steel thickness as per particular specifications , supply 0.50 thick ( total coated thickness) pre-colour, pre-profiled (galvalume/zinkalume) sheets of required colour and design having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof, wall cladding, north light curves, fixed with zinc coated self drilling fastener including epdm washer complete laid with one corrugation side laps and min 150 mm end lap to slope all as per manufacture/profile maker instruction complete all as specified and directed ( size 3'x10')., pvc moulded door shutter of size 1800 x 900 mm & 30 mm thick including door frame and supported with pvc frame of size 50 x 47 mm reinforced with ms square tube with completed door assembly as per isi marked., wooden moulded door shutter of size 2100 x 1000 mm and 30-40 thick made of good quality isi marked wood., aluminium moulded door shutter of size 2100 x 1000 mm as per isi marked., wooden scantling size 4"x3"x10' (good quality isi marked wood), floor spring heavy duty for accommodation conforming to schedule a boq specifications to be delivered at 1335 td at pathankot under 81 rcc 16 brtf project vijayak in leh ladakh region ut.
