Requirement :

1) Construction and completion of improvements to 2.73 km of community access road named polkoton arawa gurumada road (off dombagahawela polkotanarawa road) of siyambalanduwa pradesheeya sabha in moneragala district, uva province, as part of phase 1 of project implementation. the work includes earthworks, construction of 4m wide asphalt road, 200m concrete.
* . 2) construction and completion of improvements to 3km of community access roads named welanhinna - kirigalpoththa road in badalkumbura pradesheya sabha of monaragala district in uva province as part of phase 1 of project implementation. the work includes earthworks, construction of asphalt road of 4m width, 400m concrete road section with 1.0m wide soft/ hard shoulder on both sides. some sections 1.0 m width l walls & some sections hard shoulders. culverts to the required places and drainage paths shall be constructed right along the road. provision for construction of 23 nos. of 900mm reinforced concrete pipe culverts, 05 nos. of 600mm reinforced concrete pipe culverts, 05nos. of 1m x 1m reinforced concrete boxculverts, 01no. of 0.45m x 0.45m reinforced concrete box culvert, 02 no. of 2m x 2m reinforced concrete box culverts, widening of 07 nos. culverts, repair of 05 nos. culverts and 72m length of retaining walls.
* . 3) construction and completion of improvements to irrigation systems in the villages of etanwela, bopitiya, pallewela, banjanapitiya in kandaketiya pradesheya sabha. the work comprises the rehabilitation of etanwela tank, banjanapitiya anicut and canal and mahanthewela anicut & canal. these include improvements to tank bund, construction of concrete lined canals, sluices, anicuts and other related irrigation structures in the systems road section, and 1.0m wide shoulder on both sides. culverts to the required places and drainage paths shall be constructed right along the road. provision for construction of 03 no. 1m x 1m reinforced concrete box culverts, 01 no. 2m x 2m reinforced concrete box culvert, 02 no. 0.45m x 0.45m reinforced concrete box culverts, 02 no. of 900mm reinforced concrete pipe culverts, and widening of 01 no. of 900mm reinforced concrete pipe culvert.
* . 4) construction and completion of improvements to irrigation systems in the villages of gonagala pathana west and helagama ihala in passara and hali ela pradeshiya sabhas. the work comprises the improvements to umare anicut and canal and springvellythanna anicut and canal. these include improvements to anicuts, construction of concrete lined canals, sluices, and other related irrigation structures in the systems.
* . 5) construction and completion of improvements to irrigation systems in the villages of namaloya kolani and katugahagalge in madulla & badalkumbura pradeshiya sabhas. the work comprises the improvements to dummalagasara anicut and canal and koongahawela tank. these include improvements to construction of concrete lined canal, earthen canal and construction of new canal bund road and other related irrigation structures in the systems.
