Supply of cleaning items - surgical scrub solution containing chlorhexidine gluconate 4% w/v solution –500ml bottles with pump . (dispensor pump should be provided with each bottle), surgical hand rub 0.5% chlorhexidine w/v and 70% alcohol v/v 100ml bottles with pump, surgical hand rub 0.5% chlorhexidine w/v and 70% alcohol v/v 500ml bottles with pump , skin preparing sol for surgical/sterile sites - containing chlorhexidine 0.5% w/v and ethanol/isopropanol 70% v/v 500ml , non peracetic acid aldehyde free preperations suitable for disinfecting equipments like edoscopes and anaesthesia surgical instruments, product should have wide material compatibility (5 litre bottle) , aldehyde free preparation with active content as peracetic acid for disinfecting endoscopes/anesthesia equipments and disinfection time should be 5 minutes or 10 minutes.(should be sporicidal) product can be in solution or powder form. ( “application cost” will be evaluated by technical committee and later only l1 will be finalized. the firms should provide ‘recommended percentage for the purpose and also price of the 1 litre solution of the recommended percentage. if more than one usage possible, recommended percentage for both purpose & price of 1 litre solution of each recommended percentage should be quoted separately. all delivery units available should be mention with each item and requirement of the delivery units will be decided by mcc. also the committee suggested to provide recommended company branded specialized containers/tray at free of cost. (atleast 2 tray/containers should be supplied with initial supply of product). adequate stainless steel stand/holders for the dispenser units/bottles should be provided as per the institution request at free of cost. , instrument cleaning solution multi enzyme solution for pre cleaning the medical instruments (1 lit bottles) , instrument cleaning solution multi enzyme solution for pre cleaning the medical instruments 5lit bottles , cleaning and disinfectant solution for mopping/fogging should be aldehyde free and contact time should be 5 min or less and (should be a potential sporicidal if specified contact time is given.) . can be solution or powder form.
