Purchase of building materials - cement bags.(opc 43 grade),ultratech /jk/acc, sand, good quality, aggregate 10 mm, good quality, aggregate 20 mm, good quality, aggregate 40 mm, good quality, tmt bar 16 mm, tata, sail and equivalent, tmt bar 12 mm, tata, sail and equivalent, tmt bar 8 mm, tata, sail and equivalent, binding wires, stone for foundation work, brick (a class), exterior emulsion(white),asian ace(advance) or berger paint walmasta antifungal exterior emulsion or nippon paint, exterior wall primer(water primer) ,asian paints or equilent, wall putty (j.k., birla), providing 1mm thick m.s. sheet sliding-shutters with frame & diagonals braces of 40 x 40 x 6mm. angle iron 3mm m.s. gusset plates at the junction and corners, 25mm dia pulley 40x40x6mm angle and t-iron guide at the top and bottom respectively including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer., providing steel glazed windows and ventilator shutters of standard rolled steel section (is 1038-1983) joints mitred and welded with steel lugs 13x3mm, 10cm. long, partly fixed and partly openable [ fixed area not to exceed 33%], windows side hung /ventilators top or centre hung (openable).
