Tender for the work of conversion of 11kv overhead network of dhat feeder to 11kv underground system from 33/11kv shigao sub station , under division vii, curchorem.
Supply of 11kv, 3 core, 300 sq.mm. aluminium, xlpe insulated, flat wire armoured, 11 kv (earthed) cable, type a2xfy of conforming i.s. 7098 part 2 and carrying isi mark through conventional open trenching method in any type of soil including hard laterite.
Supply of 11kv, 3 core 185sq.mm aluminium, xlpe insulated, flat wire armoured, 11 kv (earthed) cable, type a2xfy of conforming i.s. 7098 part 2 and carrying isi mark through conventional open trenching method in any type of soil including hard laterite.
Supply of 11kv, 630 amps, outdoor, sf6 ring main unit with two load break switches and one circuit breaker conforming to international standards and complete with fault passage indicator other accessories.
Supply of 11kv, 3 phase, outdoor type, heat shrinkable end termination kit complete, for 11 kv xlpe cable of size 3 x 300sq.mm including sockets,lugs,connectors etc. (for 11kv take off gantry at 33 by 11kv sub station and for interlinking with other 11kv overhead feeders).
Supply of 11kv, 3 phase, indoor type, heat shrinkable end termination kit complete, for 11 kv xlpe cable of size 3 x 300 sq.mm including sockets,lugs,connectors etc. for connecting rmu for main section side.

supply and erection of cable route markers (for entire 11 kv cable route length ) as per nit drawing.
Supply and erection of warning tape for entire 11 kv route length.
Supply and laying of fine river sand of approved quality for cushioning of ht underground cables laid by conventional open trenching method.
Supply and laying of rcc protective cover of size 600mm length x 250mm width x 37mm thick as a protective cover for underground cables.
Supply and laying of wire cut bricks for 11kv cable seperation.
Supply of g.i. earthing pipe, 2500mm long, 40mm nominal dia, class b, perforated for rmus the pit shall be filled with homogenous mixture of 20kgs of charcoal, 20kgs of salt and sand ,soil with brick masonary chambers the work includes excavation, backfilling and spreading of excavated surplace earth evenly at rmus.
supply hdgi flat of size 25mm x 5mm for earthing of rmus .
Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1 is to 2 is to 4 (1 cement is to 2 coarse sand is to 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 40 m nominal size for foundations of rmus).
providing of centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for a) foundations, footings, bases of columns and mass concrete for rmus.
Providing of 12 mm cement plaster 1 is to 4 ( 1 cement is to 4 fine sand) for foundations of rmus.
supply of rcc hume pipe 150mm dia with required no. of collars, for road crossing.
supply of gi pipe,150mm dia for bridge crossing.

Excavation in any type of soil including hard laterite soil by mechanical means( hydraulic excavator),manual means for laying of ht, lt cables of various sizes including excavation for equipment foundations i.e for rmus including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil.
Refilling of excavated soil in the foundations, trenches etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth, cosolidating each layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 m and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth in cable trenches and foundations of equipments.

Carrying out detailed physical survey of the area including detailed gps survey which includes indicating and marking location of other utilities if any, furnishing of optimum and economical route and design for layong of ht, xlpe cables of various size and accessories, including plotting on the scaled land base map of size 1 is to 1000 indicating all features and submitting drilling profile indicating proposed plan for open trenching,road,nullah,culvet, over bridge, rail crossing, or any other special crossing.
