Tender for the work of conversion of 33kv s/c overhead line to underground network by supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 3c x 33kv xlpe 400 sqmm underground cable from bambolim substation to pilar substation for a distance of 9.12 kms. under tribal welfare scheme.

Supply and laying of rcc hume pipe 250mm dia with required no. of collars, for road crossing.
S.e.t and c of g.o.a.b. switch 36 kv 630amps with double break.
Earthing as per is 5043 1966. including supply, erection, testing and comm. of hdgi pipe 8 ft long 40 mm dia class b, fabricated and perforated confirming to i.e. rules of 1956 including alternate layers 30cm thick of charcoal, salt and earth (charcoal and salt 10kilograms each per pit) inclusive of earthwork excavation of size 0.50x0.50x2.5m, backfilling and spreading of excavated earth evenly to get required earth resistance as per enclosed specification.

Excavation in any type of soil including hard laterite soil by mechanical means( hydraulic excavator), manual means for laying of 33 kv cables including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil.
Refilling of excavated soil in the foundations, trenches etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth, cosolidating each layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 m and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth in cable trenches and foundations of equipments.

Laying of ht,lt ug cables by trenchless technology by adopting horizontal boring method (hdd method) the work involves preparation of site, boring as well as drawing of cables in hard laterite soil with minimum 8 bore size with hdpe pipe.
