Supply, configuration and integration of 11,00,000 nos of 3phase, 10a-60a, class 1.0 whole current smart energy meters as per is 16444 part-1/3phase, 10a-60a, class 1.0 whole current energy meters as per is 13779 with local communication as irda/bluetooth with modem and relays with 4g communication and fall back to 3g/2g and dlms protocol as per is 15959 along with required software hes,mdms open license, with necessary hardware and software integration with apspdcl central server , billing system and should support integration of the software with various other projects like scada, gis and also continue support for upcoming new agricultural services being released from time to time and to capture agricultural services consumption data in nellore, chittoor, kadapa, ananthapur and kurnool districts under ysr uchita vyavasaaya vidyut padhakam with 100 percent opex model
