Construction, testing and commissioning of r.c.c. elevated service reservoir of including providing and fixing of ci double flange pipe, double flange specials & di double flange soft seated sluice valve including construction of suitable r.c.c. valve chamber & providing, laying, jointing, interconnection, testing and commissioning of 90 to 160 mm dia upvc pipe class 6kg/cmsq for distribution system & 90 mm dia upvc pipe class 10kg/cmsq for pumpingmain with suitable joints & 80 to 100 mm dia gi pipe class medium , valve specials and all fittings including all allied civil works supplying & installation of energy efficient five star bee rating isi marked required capacity of three phase, 50 hz, 415v, deep well submersible pump steel body, suitable for 150 mm dia tube well with contral panel starter, verification of yield of tubewell, three phase electic connection from cspdcl, construction of brick masonary switch room of size 1.80x 1.80x 3.00 mtr ,construction of boundary wall around the over head tank size 15x15x1.80 mtr, construction of brick masonery chlorinator room of size 2.50x2.50x3.00 mtr, providing functional household tap connection(f.h.t.c) in individual households, and government institutions, supply & installtion of electro chlorinator etc. complete with trial run of comleted scheme for operation & maintainence for 03 (three) months of retrofitting piped water supply under jal jeevan mission (jjm) at village tekar ,gadvat, block - bilha district bilaspur (c.g.)
