1 planning, designing and construction of buildings, development works, bulk services, horticulture works, including internal water supply, sanitary installations, ug sumps, terrace tanks, water treatment plant, rain water harvesting system, bore wells, sewage treatment plant, effluent treatment plant, internal roads, pathways, parking facilities, filtered and unfiltered water supply lines, storm water drains, external sewerage system, furniture and non-medical equipment, service trenches, internal electrical installations, fire alarm system, firefighting, lifts, substation, dg sets, ups, hvac system, solar water heating system, cctv, ibms, lan, ip based epabx system, audio visual system, stp equipment, mgps, modular ot, nurse call system, borewell pump sets & hydropneumatics system etc., and their integration, making fit for occupation etc., all complete in epc mode (design and build basis).
