Fabrication of line materials as per distribution and transmission plans 2022-23 (for first target).
fabrication of 11kv 'v' cross arms using ismc 75x40mm channel, cutting by gas, bending into required shape and jointing by welding 2nos 50mm long 50x6mm ms flats at each ends and drilling 4nos- 22mm dia holes and 2nos- 18mm dia holes as per drawing including flux removal and stacking the finished goods and scrap etc. complete. rate includes the cost of lpg, oxygen and cost of welding rods. (ismc75x40mm & ms flat 50x6mm will be supplied departmentaly free of cost at site). , fabricating 2 line cross arms using msc 75x40 mm, 61cm long with 2nos 18mm dia holes on both sides of flange and 2nos 16mm dia holes at web side as per design including end forming, cutting(machine cutting), levelling and stacking the finished products in suitable places including scrap in such a manner that the items can be easily counted in numbers etc. complete as per direction of departmental officers. (ms flats 50x8mm will be issued departmentaly free of cost at site). , fabrication of packing clamp of length 16cm for 2/4 line cross arms using 40x6mm ms flats with 1no 18mm dia holes etc. complete and stacking the finished goods in suitable places in such a manner that the item can be easily counted in numbers as per the directions of departmental officers at site. , fabricating 0.10m long ms cleats using 90x90x8mm ms angles as per design including cutting, levelling, punching etc.complete and stacking the finished goods in suitable places in such a manner that the items can be easily counted in numbers as per the direction of departmental officers.(labour charges only) (90x90x8mm ms angles will be supplied departmentaly free of cost at site.), fabricating 20mm stay rod of length 1.70m for ht lines using 20mm dia m.s.rods as per design including marking, shearing, levelling, threading one end to length of 5cm suitable to nut of dia 3/4", and making a round hook in the other end and welding the joint and stacking the finished products at suitable places (beyond 150 m around the premises as directed if necessary )in such a manner that the items can be easily counted in numbers as per the direction of departmental officers etc. complete. (charges inclusive of cost of labour & consumables, such as cutting gas, welding elelctrode,lpg, punch & die, drill bit etc.)complete., fabricating 16mm stay rod of length 1.70m for lt lines using 16mm dia m. s. rods as per design including marking, shearing, leveling, threading one end to a length of 5 cm suitable to nut of diameter 5/8", making a round hook in the other end and welding the joint and stacking the finished products at suitable places (beyond 150 m around the premises as directed if necessary )in such a manner that the items can be easily countable in numbers, as per the direction of departmental officers etc. complete.
