3. Qualification Criteria
1. Cold Storage: The Tenderer should possess cold storage capacity for storing a minimum of 5000 litre of Fermented Products. The cold storage may be in the form of chest freezers or cold room. The cold room may be owned / leased by the applicant. The applicable supportive documents should be furnished along with the tender.
2. Puff Insulated Vehicle: The Tenderer should possess Puff Insulated Vehicle with a minimum carrying capacity of 2000 litre of Fermented Products. The Puff Insulated Vehicle may be owned / leased by the applicant. The applicable supportive documents should be furnished along with the tender.
3. If the tenderer has applied for sale of Fermented Products at more than one area, they should possess additional infrastructure of Puff Insulated Vehicle (minimum 2000litres capacity) and cold storage (5000 litres capacity) for each and every area.
4. The Tenderer must have successfully executed one similar contract involving sale of Fermented Products or other FMCG products in last 3 years of time and PO copy of the concern organization is required for reference purpose. Data will not be used or disclosed anywhere and it will be just for verification purpose.
5. The bidder shall have an average annual sales turnover of at least 1 crores during the last 3 financial years duly certified by a practicing chartered accountant.
6. The following documents shall be valid during the course of tender process and further during the contract period.
1. Company Incorporation Certificate / Memorandum of Association / Partnership deed.
2. PAN No.
3. GST No.
4. FSSAI Certificate (for both vehicle and storage facility)
5. Registration certificate, Fitness, Insurance and permit suitable for Fermented Products transportation of the Puff Insulated Vehicle.
6. Road Tax.
7. Lease documents if applicable
