Design, Construction, Development, Operations and Maintenance of Automated Driving Test Tracks Centre for 2- Wheeler's, Light Motor Vehicles & Heavy Commercial Vehicles for a period of 5 years at 17 Locations in the State of Maharashtra.
Civil Work - Includes levelling of the land, construction of the boundary wall, removal of any existing structure like shed, tree etc. and disposing as per directions of MMVD, work related to constructing the track, track boundary, erecting poles, installation of hardware, construction of parking area, applicant waiting area, Control Room area with necessary interior furniture, electrical, removal of any existing shed and pole and plumbing work etc. as detailed in the Request for proposal.
IT Components (Hardware, Web based, Software, Network etc) - Procurement, supply, delivery, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of IT components such as camera, sensors, display units, entry / exit control system, queue management system, complaint management software, video analytics software etc, This also includes necessary network arrangement and hosting arrangements for recording, storage, analytics, MIS and processing of the video feeds and sensor output etc.
Manpower - Various types and shape of tracks for different CoVs with necessary infrastructure as detailed in this Request for Proposal.
Other area - Control rooms, Applicant waiting area, Parking Area etc.
Operation of Systems - MSI shall operate system. MSI shall deploy necessary manpower full time at each site who can efficiently coordinate day to day operations & coordinate with back office for necessary support, Such manpower shall also be responsible for troubleshooting or coordination of any issues during the Operations and Maintenance Period.
Maintenance of the Systems - The MSI is expected to carry out the maintenance procedures to achieve uninterrupted operation of Automated Driving Test Track System, including preventive and corrective maintenance, The MSI is expected to carry out all those procedures indicated by the machinery supplier and/or which it believes is necessary to achieve required performance.
