1.Eligibility of bidder: -
Work of " Restoring the original Capacity of Perch Dam by desilting through excavating and further own the excavated material after paying Royalty to Government for the excavated material for Perch Dam in District SAS Nagar.
Bonafide & resourceful Indian citizen/firm/agency who will provide excavation machinery in form of at least 15 Nos 0.9 Cum bucket capacity chain mounted excavators. Out of which the bidder should be owner of not less than 4(four) no. of 0.9 Cum Bucket capacity chain mounted excavator. Bidder may be owner or with Power of Attorney for the remaining 11(Eleven) no.of 0.9 Cum bucket capacity chain mounted excavators. Apart from this the bidder should provide atleast 50 no. tippers capacity ranging from 400-600 Cft and out of which 10 no. tippers shall be his own and may be owner or with power of attorney of the remaining 40 (forty) no. tippers.
Enclosures/complete tender: -Following documents (valid and attested) to be submitted along with the tender.
      
(i) Signed Tender form (without tender form, bid will be rejected).
(ii) Papers related to excavators permit of vehicle/registration certificate of vehicle, License of the operator, pollution clearance certificate, insurance certificate of vehicle,
   Screening Plant/Crusher Ownership/Partnership or any other certificate as per statutory   provisions of the Government of Punjab.
(iii) Undertaking that the necessary operators will be made available to run the machinery   24x7 as per the provisions of the law.

  (iv) GST registration certificate.
(v) PAN card & Aadhar Card
(vi) Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)
(vii) Cost of Tender form.
(viii) Any other document required as per the site conditions/ as per law.
