1 Bulk order will be placed on (A) Those firms who are appearing as likely suppliers for tendered item in the attached document of RDSO Annexure items which can be procured through open tender OR (B) who has supplied the same item to SC Railway or other Zonal Railways and who has obtained prototype approval or completed field trails from any of the zonal railways for the tendered item. Tenderers must submit the documentary evidence as a proof of supply of same item to zonal Railways and also a copy of prototype approval letter or field trail completion certificate from any of the zonal railways for the tendered item.
