General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.
Condition 2:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 3:
REST OF THE CONDITIONS AS PER THE TENDER DOCUMENT UPLOADED
Technical Qualification Criteria :
1 : Past Experience : The Supplier should not have been black listed by any Govt. or Non-Govt Institutions or Govt. department undertaking / Public Enterprises : Others -- OTHER DOCUMENT
2 : Capabilities of Vendor : Tenderer shall be a company, firm, individual proprietorship, Non-governmental organization who are registered under law, co-operative societies who are registered under society act. : Others -- COMPANY REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
3 : Financial Status : The Supplier should have an average annual business turnover equal to amount put tender in the last 3 years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23 : Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover
4 : Financial Status : The Supplier should have been registered under GST / Commercial Tax departments and should be Income tax assesses : GST Registration
