General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.
Condition 2:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 3:
Other conditions as per Bid document.
Technical Qualification Criteria :
1 : Capabilities of Vendor : Firm Name, Proprietor/Managing Director Name, Full Address and Official Mobile Number should be uploaded. : Others -- Firm details shall be uploaded.
2 : Capabilities of Vendor : Tenderers/Suppliers should be Original Equipment Manufacturer and registered with the competent authority OR Authorized dealer of the Manufacturer for minimum period of 5 year of existence as on date of submission. : Others -- Authorized dealer of Manufacturer should upload MAF as per Section XIII Along with Dealer Agreement
3 : Capabilities of Vendor : Firm registration certificate from registered under Appropriate act. : Others -- Firm registration certificate.
4 : Capabilities of Vendor : The PAN Card of the Tenders/Firm should be uploaded. : Others -- The PAN Card of the Tenders/Firm should be uploaded.
5 : Capabilities of Vendor : Goods and Service Tax (GST) : GST Registration
6 : Capabilities of Vendor : Latest GST Returns certificate should be uploaded From Apr-2018 to Dec-2023. : GST Registration
7 : Capabilities of Vendor : Tenderers/Suppliers should upload the ISO/ISI/BIS/IATF Certificate. : Others -- Certificate should be in the name of the tenderer/OEM
8 : Capabilities of Vendor : Tenderers/Suppliers should upload the compliance to the technical specification of the Vehicle (as per Section-4) along with Test Report Certificate issued by any one of the testing agencies specified by the Central Government under rule 126 of Central Motor Vehicle Rules 1989. : Others -- Upload the compliance to the technical specification
9 : Capabilities of Vendor : Tenderer/OEM should have authorized Service center in at least 10 Districts of Karnataka. : Others -- Name of the agency, Address and Contact Number details should be upload
