General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.
Condition 2:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 3:
REST OF THE CONDITIONS AS PER THE TENDER DOCUMENT UPLOADED
Technical Qualification Criteria :
1 : Past Experience : The bidder should have supplied similar food material to an amount of 50% of the amount put to tender in any one of the last 3 years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23. (Documentary proof in the form of certificate issued by the department/ organization/ undertaking for satisfactory services rendered shall be scanned and uploaded will verify the documents with the concerned wherever necessary. However, documents like service agreements work orders etc. will not be considered for the purpose) : Satisfactory Performance Certificate
2 : Past Experience : The supplier should also submit, satisfactory certificate from the Institution/ Organization to which such supplies were made satisfactory : Satisfactory Performance Certificate
3 : Capabilities of Vendor : Tendered shall be a company, firm, individual proprietorship, Non-governmental organization who are registered under law, co-operative societies who are registered under society act. : Others -- COMPANY REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
4 : Capabilities of Vendor : The Supplier should not have been black listed by any Govt. or Non-Govt Institutions or Govt. department undertaking / Public Enterprises : Others -- OTHERS
5 : Financial Status : The Supplier should have an average annual business turnover equal to amount put tender in any one of the last 3 years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23 : Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover
6 : Financial Status : The Supplier should have been registered under GST / Commercial Tax departments and should be Income tax assesses : GST Registration
