General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 2:
All other conditions as per bid document.
Technical Qualification Criteria :
1 : Past Experience : The firm should be in existence for at least 3 years having a valid registration certificate. : Work Done Certificate
2 : Past Experience : The bidder should have successfully provided medical services through Medical camps Preventive Health Checkups in mass level with atleast 50000 patient beneficiaries OR operated and managed atleast 50 MMUs for any State Govt/ Central Govt Departments/ Boards/ Govt. Organizations in the last 3 years (FY 2020-21, 2021-22 2022-23) with a single Workorder value of minimum Rs.5.00 Crores should be completed. : Work Done Certificate
3 : Capabilities of Vendor : The bidder should have engaged at least 100 medical and paramedical staffs on their payroll for the past 1 year. : Others -- Relevant document to be uploaded
4 : Capabilities of Vendor : Methodology and Approach for overall implementation of projects. A presentation in the form of colour printout should be submitted along with the bid. : Others -- Relevant document to be uploaded
5 : Financial Status : The Bidder should have a total Cumulative turnover of at least Rs.94.00 crores in the preceding 3 financial years (2020-21, 2021-22 & 2022-23). : Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover
