General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 2:

Condition 3:
EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT (EMD): EMD: Rs. 15,00,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Lakhs only) as per KPPP portal.
Technical Qualification Criteria :
1 : Others : The Agency should have valid registration certificate like UDYAM etc issued by statutory authorities. The same shall be scanned and uploaded in original : Others -- Relevant Document
2 : Others : The Agency should have provided a minimum of 50 % of tendered quantity of hired commercial vehicles to at least one reputed organizations such as PSUs, Govt. Organization (State/ Central), ESCOMs/ KPTCL, MNCs, Banks in any one year during preceding five financial years ie 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23 : Others -- relevant documents
3 : Others : The performance Certificates for the above award of contract issued by competent authority shall be furnished for minimum 50 % of tendered quantity of hired commercial vehicles, failing which the offer will be disqualified. : Others -- relevant documents
4 : Others : The agency shall have EPF, ESI, Insurance, GST, Workmen compensation insurance certificates issued by the competent authority and proof of all the above registrations shall be scanned and uploaded in original : Valid EPF Certificate

5 : Others : The age of the vehicle as on date of calling of the tender shall not be more than 5 (Five) years of date of manufacturing as mentioned in the RC book. Self-Declarations in this regard shall be uploaded. Note: After issue of Detailed Work Award and before commencement of services the successful bidder shall submit the RC copies for ascertaining the age of the vehicles : Others -- relevant self declaration
6 : Others : The bidder shall offer for entire quantity of vehicles, failing which the offer will be disqualified. Self declaration in this regard shall be uploaded : Others -- relevant documents
7 : Others : The bidder must not have been defaulted in supplies during last five years against purchase orders placed by any PSUs, Govt. Organization (State/ Central), ESCOMs/ KPTCL, MNCs, Banks. Self-Declaration by the bidder shall be uploaded : Others -- relevant documents
8 : Others : The bidder must not have been blacklisted in supplies during last five years against purchase orders placed by any PSUs, Govt. Organization (State/ Central), ESCOMs/ KPTCL, MNCs, Banks on the date of bid submission. Self-Declaration by the bidder shall be uploaded : Others -- relevant documents
9 : Others : The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the preceding three financial years (i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23) should not be less than 100% of the amount put to tender.The audited balance sheets (including statement of profit and loss for the above years shall be scanned and uploaded : Others -- BS FY 2020-21

10 : Others : The Liquid Assets should not be older than 60 days from the date of publishing the tender consisting of Cash at Bank Term Deposits availability fund based credit facility in any Nationalized/ scheduled Bank shall not be lesser than 25% of the amount put to tender.The cash at Bank, Term deposits and availability of fund based credit facility should not be older than 60 days from the date of publishing the tender, which shall be supported by a certificate issued by any Nationalized/scheduled Bank with whom the bidder has banking facilities as per Annexure-A shall be scanned and uploaded. : Others -- relevant documents
