General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.
Condition 2:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 3:
Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.
Condition 4:
G.S.T. at the prevailing rates will be given separately.
Condition 5:
The Tenderer shall furnish, as part of his tender, earnest money deposit in the amount as shown in column 4 of the Table of IFT for this particular work. Tenderer can pay the full EMD amount of Rs. 15,00,000/- through e-payment or the Earnest Money Deposit shall be in two parts. Part(1): Rs. 1,00,000/- by e-payment, Part-(2): Rs 14,00,000/- EMD shall be in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD, Bidar Division, Bidar, and may be in the form of Bankers Cheque/Demand Draft/Pay order in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD, Bidar Division, Bidar, payable at Bidar or cash or specified Small Savings Instruments pledged to the Executive Engineer, PWD, Bidar Division
Condition 6:
Period for completion of this work is 18(Eighteen) months including Monsoon
Condition 7:
Part (2) Rs. 14,00,000/- EMD shall be in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD , Bidar Division, Bidar and may be in the form of Bankers Cheque/Demand Draft/Pay order in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD Divn. Bidar, payable at Bidar or cash or specified Small Savings Instruments pledged to the Executive Engineer, PWD.Division, Bidar or Bank Guarantee in the prescribed format obtained form any Nationaled / Scheduled Banks.
Condition 8:
To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2018-19 ,2019-20 ,2020-21 2021-22 and 2022-23 (a) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turn over (in all cases of civil engineering construction works only) Rs. 2131.86 Lakhs/- Turnover certificate must have UDI number , otherwise it will not be considered for further bid evaluation.
Condition 9:
Liquid Assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 177.66 Lakhs Lakhs (Credit Lines/Letter of Credit/Certificates from the Banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.
Condition 10:
To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2018-19 ,2019-20 ,2020-21 2021-22 and 2022-23 (b) satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Construction of Building(Court Complex Building)such as of value not less than Rs 532.97 Lakhs/-
Condition 11:
To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2018-19 ,2019-20 ,2020-21 2021-22 and 2022-23 (c) executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of (1)Earth work excavation/embankment/shoulders: 3805.00 cum (2) PCC/RCC : 2106.00 Cum (3) BBM/SSM /Solid Blocks: 823.76 Cum (4) Plastering : 12625.00 Sqm (5) Steel: 168.57 Tonne (6) Flooring: 2995.83 Sqm(7)MS Grill: 8029.55 Kg (8) GSB: 340.00 Cum (9) WMM/WBM: 330.00 Cum (10) BM/SDBC: 110.00 Cum
Condition 12:
The tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should posses required valid electrical licence for executing Building Electrification woks, and should have executed similar works, totaling Rs. 73.00 Lakhs
Condition 13:
The tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should posses required valid license for executing water supply/sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar water supply/engineering works totaling Rs. 15.00 Lakhs.
Condition 14:
Each Tenderer should further demonstrate: ( As per Govt. Technical Qualification Criteria :
