Railway are eligible for placement of orders (if the firm is registered for limited number of items, their offer will be considered for that item only for which they are registered) Yes Yes Allowed (Optional) 2 The item/Brand/Make should possess BIS/ISI certification. If BIS/ISI certification is not available, then the firm should possess CE/FDA certificate and firm has to submit valid supporting documents/certificates. If the condition is not applicable for the subject item, the firm should indicate the same in their offer. The applicability or waival of this conditions is at the discretion of Railways which will be final.
