Approval status shall be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter, unless it is a case of removal/suspension/banning. No No Not Allowed 2 In case the offer is submitted by authorised dealer of OEM, the Authorised dealer should submit valid tender specific authorisation letter along with offer, failing which their offer shall be summarily rejected. They are also required to furnish the requisite EMD along with offer (unless exempted) failing which the offer shall be summarily rejected. However, while considering such vendors, factors including past performance, capacity, delivery requirements, quantity under procurement, nature of item, outstanding order load etc. shall be considered in a transparent manner, subject to rates being reasonable. Quantity allocation among eligible vendors shall be based on pre decided tender criteria. Such orders on developmental sources shall be treated as bulk orders. No No Not Allowed
