The status of RDSO approval shall be reckoned as on date of tender opening and not thereafter unless there is a case of downgrading/removal/suspension/banning. If bidder is authorized dealer of RDSO approved source then tender specific authorization is to be uploaded with offer. if bidder is RDSO approved source then supporting document is to be uploaded.
