1 Orders will be placed on the firms whose quoted product is in the list of products (eligible number of products) for which the firm is approved by the Railway Board. No Yes Allowed (Optional) 2 Firm should attach Railway Board approved product list as the proof that the said product is appearing in the list. No Yes Allowed (Mandatory) 3 In case the bidder (s) has participated as an authorized dealer/agent of the OEM/principal, the bidder must submit tender specific authorization letter from the OEM/principal along with the bid.
