General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.
Condition 2:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 3:

Technical Qualification Criteria :
1 : Past Experience : The tenderer should have satisfactorily supplied 80 PERCENT of the total Tender Quantity of all the individuals itmes put together in any one of the last 3 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 financial year. As a proof the tendere should submit copies of purchase orders/work orders/work orders/satisfactory certificate : Work Done Certificate
2 : Capabilities of Vendor : Tenderers Name, Address and Mobile Number to be submitted attested with firm seal : Others -- RELAVENT DOCUMENT
3 : Capabilities of Vendor : In case the Tenderer/ Organization is a Company/ Partnership Ownership/ Proprietorship Cooperative/ Multi purpose Cooperative Society to submit certificates of registration under law from the concerned authorities. : Others -- RELAVENT DOCUMENT
4 : Capabilities of Vendor : The tenderer/organisation should obtain business license from the local bodies like Mahanagara Palika, Nagar Sabha, Municipality, Gram Panchayat etc., and the license should be renewed for the current year as per the last date of submission of tender. : Others -- RELAVENT DOCUMENT
5 : Capabilities of Vendor : Bidders should attach GST registration form, GST returns filed documents and GST R 3B documents for the last 03 years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23. : GST Registration
6 : Capabilities of Vendor : Bidders should attach valid Certificate obtained from FSSAI (Food Safety Standards Association of India) Department. : Others -- RELAVENT DOCUMENT
7 : Capabilities of Vendor : Tenderers should submit the Sanction Certificate and APMC valid Trade License certificate obtained from the competent authority under the Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulatory Development) Rules, 1968 : Others -- RELAVENT DOCUMENT
8 : Capabilities of Vendor : Tenderers should submit ISI and ISO Certificate. : Others -- Tenderers should submit ISI and ISO Certificate.
9 : Capabilities of Vendor : Tenderers should submit the registration certificate obtained from Legal Metrology Department Packaged Commodities under Legal metrology Rules 2011. And it should be renewal for the current year : Others -- RELAVENT DOCUMENT
10 : Capabilities of Vendor : Tenderers should submit the Certificate of Verification obtained from the Legal Metrology Department and it should be renewal for the current year : Others -- RELAVENT DOCUMENT
