General Conditions of Eligibility :
Condition 1:
Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.
Condition 2:
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
Condition 3:
The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of eprocurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.
Condition 4:
Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.
Condition 5:
Bids with major deviations are not acceptable. Deviation against terms of payment, force majeure, Contract agreement and performance security,suit or proceedings, performance particulars of goods to be supplied,performance guarantee clauses of bid document constitutes major deviation.
Condition 6:
Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded shall be submitted with the bid.
Condition 7:
The bidder shall submit the schedules (schedule-B to schedule-I and annexures in e-portal in the prescribed format.

4 : Past Experience : The prospective bidder should have Class-II or above Electrical license and experience in supply and commissioning of Electrical wiring , Electrical fittings ,cabling system and connected accessories in any power plant/industry in preceding last five years. In proof of this, the bidder should submit copy of single work/ purchase order of value not less than Rs.2.49 lakhs and corresponding satisfactory performance/work done certificate issued by competent authority (in case of state/central Government/Government under taking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre and in case of KPCL not below the rank of Chief Engineer).(A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work/purchase orders to bring the current price level of 2022-23). : Others -- Relevant work order and corresponding work done certificate
5 : Financial Status : The bidder in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs.4.98 lakhs in at least any two financial years of the last five years (i.e.2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21,2021-22 and 2022-23) In a proof of turnover certificate duly certified by Charted Accountant shall be furnished. Report on the financial standing of the tenderer,such as profit and loss statements and auditors report for the last five financial years.(A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous annual turnover to bring the current price level of 2022-23). : Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover
