1 (a)The tenderer must have supplied the same item to Zonal Rlys /PUs and documentary evidence must be furnished along with their offer evidencing execution of such purchase orders. (b) The tenderer with past performance of successful execution of contracts as mentioned above for supply of same item for a quantity of 20 percent or more of tendered quantity against a single contract during last three years prior to and excluding tender opening date may be considered as responsive offers for placement of bulk/regular order. (c) If such past performance level is lower, then the offer may be considered for placement of development order not exceeding 20 percent of the net procurable quantity. (d) The tenderers who have no past performance as above, may also be considered for such developmental orders, they must submit details of M and P, testing facilities, QAP [if available] , technical manpower available with them etc. (or) they must submit the NSIC for the same tendered item along with their quotation.
