1 1)The Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity from the firm (s) having credential for the same or similar item to any of the zonal Railway or Production unit during the last three years. Clause 16.4 of General Tender Condition will be applicable in this case. ii)Any firm quoting on behalf of OEM must submit valid and tender specific authorization certificate from their OEM along with their offer and agree for inspection by the nominated agency (as the case may be ) at the premises of their principal, failing which their offer is liable to be rejected. iii) Offer of firms not fulfilling above criteria will be dealt as per extant rule.
